Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare accurate job

Descriptions.

• Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role
• expectations.
• Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment
• lifecycle.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Use diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting, database mining, social media
• hiring, and referrals.

  Qualifications

• 2–5 years of core recruitment experience
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to automotives,  production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and
• headhunting.
• Experience in plant-level or shopfloor hiring will be an added advantage
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.
