Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare accurate job
Descriptions.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role
- expectations.
- Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment
- lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Use diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting, database mining, social media
- hiring, and referrals.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of core recruitment experience
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to automotives, production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and
- headhunting.
- Experience in plant-level or shopfloor hiring will be an added advantage
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.
